How do you find the right talent for your organization? Not only that, how do you attract, recruit, and retain these talented individuals for your nonprofit organization? We’d love for Members of Imagine Canada to join us on Wednesday, November 20th at 1PM (ET) to explore these questions together.
Hiring and retaining staff remains a significant challenge for many Canadian charities and nonprofits. In 2023, 83% of community nonprofits reported that challenges recruiting and retaining staff would have a medium or high impact on their organization. Time and again, we hear from organizations like yours that staffing challenges are both costly and time-consuming—but also absolutely worth the investment. After all, what’s more important than building an engaged team to drive your mission forward?
In this moderated group discussion, you’ll have the chance to connect with other sector leaders within the Imagine Canada Membership community. Together, we’ll dive into what's working, what's not, and explore how our shared challenges may differ or align across the sector. We will introduce to you free resources like Imagine Canada’s HR Intervals, and follow up with a summary of our valuable discussions.
This event will be held predominantly in English, but will accommodate French discussions. A recording with bilingual captions will be shared afterwards. Stay tuned for a French version of this event in the near future!
