Bernadette has been immersed in public policy & research, advocacy, and government relations for 20 years. While serving as policy lead at Imagine Canada, she initiated and grew the organization's networked approach to nonprofit sector engagement, policy development and advocacy to the federal government. An expert in systems change, she works with nonprofits and charities to identify their public policy priorities and evidence needs, engage with their communities to develop relevant and persuasive policy solutions, and design strategies to successfully influence change with decision-makers. Bernadette has Master's degrees in both Conflict Studies and Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership. She lives in Montréal.
