Steven Ayer is the CEO of Common Good Strategies, a social impact research firm based in Kitchener, ON. He is a social strategist, data scientist, and public speaker. Combining his extensive management & social impact experience, Steven leads projects that bring a wealth of knowledge & networks to clients seeking a catalyzed strategy for inclusion, philanthropy, CSR, and nonprofit innovation. 
 
He is a recognizable analyst and voice on the nonprofit sector and social issues, including affordable housing, food security, growing inequality, and precarious work. Steven currently serves as lead researcher and author on the Toronto Foundation Vital Signs Report and the Imagine Canada corporate community investment stream of research. He has worked with numerous national, provincial, and regional social purpose organizations.
