Federal election readiness for nonprofits

Elections are an important opportunity to advance public policy priorities. We’re sharing resources and events to help the sector ensure it plays by the rules and is effective when engaging in federal election advocacy.

A policy platform for Canada’s nonprofits
To foster safe, vibrant, and healthy communities, Canada needs a healthy nonprofit sector. Whether bringing people together through arts and sports programs or ensuring families have access to nutritious meals, nonprofits are there when Canadians need us most. Imagine Canada strongly believes in the power of the sector’s collective voice. That’s why we have worked with nonprofits across Canada to develop this policy platform as a roadmap for the first 100 days of Parliament following the federal election. We hope that this document will inspire policymakers to support the organizations making a real difference in the lives of Canadians. With the right policies and support, we can build a resilient, inclusive, and prosperous future for Canadians.
