Understanding Futures Thinking and Identifying Signals of Change in Our Sector: A Member foresight workshop
How might the trends shaping today's world impact your organization tomorrow? Are you equipped to turn potential disruptions into strategic opportunities that strengthen your leadership and impact? Foresight and futures thinking help organizations look beyond today’s challenges to anticipate what might be coming next.
On Thursday, January 15 from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM ET, join us for a hands-on session designed to equip Imagine Canada Members with practical foresight knowledge and techniques for navigating complexity and building adaptive, resilient strategies—core capabilities for future-ready leadership. This isn’t a sit-back-and-listen webinar; it’s an interactive workshop where your participation helps shape the experience and your learning. Since this is an interactive workshop, your active attendance and contributions are key to creating a successful experience for all participants.
This workshop is made possible with support from our National Convening Partner, RBC, and will be co-facilitated by Tania Cheng, Principal Consultant at Lumiere Consulting.
What You'll Leave With:
- A stronger understanding and appreciation of foresight and futures thinking, and how it's relevant to your nonprofit work
- Practical techniques and activities for foresight that you can take back to your organization and apply immediately
- An understanding of shared challenges and opportunities on the horizon for communities and nonprofits, as seen through the diverse perspectives of fellow participants
