Charlene Krepiakevich is a forward looking leader with 30+ years of experience in strategy, governance & risk management, growth & innovation, advocacy & government relations, partnerships & collaborations, as well as stakeholder & crisis communications. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Charlene has a successful track record leading strategies that improve results and reputations. In multiple sectors, she has fostered complex stakeholder relations to drive collaboration and big ideas. 

What lights her up the most? To assess emerging trends and help teams, from the front lines to the board table, identify, collaborate, and bring to market the best ideas that deliver impact and value. With the support of her team, peers, and mentors, Charlene’s success is evident in the funds she has raised, the brands she has created, and the influence she has made on federal and provincial policy. 

Charlene holds a Diploma in Communications/Public Relations, a Masters of Arts in Leadership, the ICD.D designation, and has completed several Indigenous Cultural Education Certificates.  
Away from work you’ll find her outside in all seasons — on the hills, trails, or roads, travelling to a new place, enjoying her family, or reading extensively.
