Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Imagine Canada is called for and will be held electronically via Zoom videoconferencing, on the 10th day of June, 2020, at 4:00 pm (ET). The Zoom meeting link will be provided in advance of the meeting to those who RSVP and are eligible to attend.
The Annual General Meeting of the Members of Imagine Canada (“AGM”) will be held on the 10th day of June, 2020, for the purpose of electing directors and conducting other business.
If you are attending electronically, you must RSVP to receive the Zoom meeting link no later than the 5th day of June, 2020, at 4:00 pm (ET) and designate the voting representative by emailing Danielle Ferguson-Shivrattan at dshivrattan@imaginecanada.ca with your name and the name of the Member organization you will be representing.
