New HR Toolkit for Nonprofits launching this November

In collaboration with sector organizations, Imagine Canada is pleased to announce that a new, revamped and entirely free HR Toolkit will be launched this November. Specifically designed for nonprofit professionals, the site will offer educational and actionable resources designed to help nonprofit leaders better understand, address, and guide people management in their organization.

Created by the sector for the sector, the HR Toolkit will not only contribute to further strengthen charities and provide invaluable support for organizations striving for organizational excellence but will also more broadly help build a stronger nonprofit sector.

In the past year and a half, COVID-19 has put additional pressure on nonprofits with workplace practices and the labour force being deeply affected in a very short period of time. Talent is our sector’s most important asset; however, most charitable organizations don’t have the capacity to have a dedicated HR department or staff. Accessing guidelines and best practices in the areas of recruitment, performance management or workplace wellness is more crucial than ever.

We invite nonprofit leaders and professionals to sign up now to be notified when the new Toolkit launches.
