Budget 2020: What's the sector asking for?

Budget 2020 is just around the corner. This year, the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance requested submissions on the topic of Climate Emergency: The Required Transition to a Low Carbon Economy.

Many charities and nonprofits from across the country took part in the pre-budget consultation process, asking that their priorities be included in the next federal budget. Their submissions provide a great snapshot of what the sector cares about in 2020.
