27 mai 2026 | 09 h 30 à 15 h 00
On Wednesday, May 27, join ECVO, Imagine Canada, and your fellow nonprofit leaders in Edmonton for a free, full-day event to connect, share challenges and opportunities, and think boldly about what's ahead.
About the Event
This event is a part of a series of conversations co-hosted by Imagine Canada and regional partners taking place in four provinces in 2026, presented by PearTree Canada. These Regional Nonprofit Roundtables are designed to bring together senior leaders from across the nonprofit ecosystem to strengthen the collective resilience of Canada's nonprofit sector. We are excited to bring together a diverse group of participants representing a wide range of causes, organization types, and sizes.
This event is free. Space is limited–register early to secure your spot.

Together, we’ll explore:
- Strategic Foresight: Leading into What’s Next
How might the trends shaping today's world impact your organization tomorrow? Are you equipped to turn potential disruptions into strategic opportunities that strengthen your leadership and impact?
Foresight and futures thinking help organizations move beyond today’s challenges to anticipate what might be coming next. Together, we'll identify what forces might be creating new openings for innovation, collaboration, and influence. We'll explore practical techniques for navigating complexity and building adaptive, resilient strategies—core capabilities that don't just prepare your organization for the future, but position you to help shape it.
Thank you to our National Convening Partner, RBC, for supporting conversations like these.
- Edmonton Regional Focus: Topic Coming Soon
ECVO is designing a session that speaks directly to the challenges and opportunities facing Edmonton-area organizations. This conversation will be grounded in local context, drawing on the expertise and experience of nonprofit leaders in the room.
Who Should Attend?
We are committed to creating an inclusive space for a diversity of voices—because the future of our sector depends on all of us working together. We particularly encourage participation from BIPOC leaders and equity-seeking groups.
- Who: Senior leaders ready to engage at both the organizational and systems level—e.g., CEOs, Executive Directors, Board Chairs, and equivalents—actively embedded in an organization (this is a peer dialogue space, not for independent consultants or consulting firms)
- From: Leaders from across sub-sectors, organization sizes, and types (registered charities, nonprofits, grassroots/community groups, funders, government)
- Ticket maximum: Up to 2 representatives per organization
